Pay your bills with our easy to use Bill Pay, anytime, anywhere. Access Bill Pay through our Internet Banking to pay bills at your convenience. The worries of writing checks, buying stamps or risking paper cuts on your tongue from licking envelope flaps are over!
Pay your bills with peace of mind - Thanks to the latest in security features and password protection.
Easily set up your payment - Just enter information about the payee once, then all other payments are literally a mouse click away.

To access or sign up for Bill Pay, login to Online Banking and click the “Bill Pay” tab. Once you accept the Bill Pay Terms of Service Agreement you will have access to our Bill Pay and Person-to-Person payment options.

If a company isn’t available to quickly add for payment, the information printed on your bill is all you need to set up a company payee

Pay a Person
You can pay anyone, such as a relative, babysitter, or dog-walker, by entering them as a payee in Bill Pay.
Direct deposits (electronic payments) require routing and account number and are paid within 1-2 business days
Check payments are mailed and paid within 5-7 business days

Get your bills delivered right to Bill Pay.
Major companies in the Bill Pay payee database have the potential to be set up as an eBill, allowing you to receive your bills within Bill Pay.
Once you’ve entered the payee into Bill Pay you will see them within the eBill Connect section of the Bill Pay homepage if they provide eBills
Just click their name in the list and enter your user information from the payee’s website to have that bill delivered to Bill Pay
If you wish to stop receiving paper bills after setting up eBills, you must contact your billing company
gift & charity payments
Send a gift check to family or make a donation to an organization easily.
Gift Checks - If you’re the gift-giving type, make it easy for you and special for them. Send a gift check with a personalized message designed for birthdays, new babies, weddings, graduations, anniversaries, or just because for only $2.99.
Donations - Show you care by giving a gift that doesn’t end. Send a donation to your favorite charity or organization in honor or memory of someone special for only $1.99. You can send a personalized message about your donation using up to 4 email addresses and receive a copy for tax purposes. If you wish to send a standard donation without these features, you can add your charity as a payee and schedule a payment at no additional cost.
¹ Bill Pay supports: one-time payments on specified date; and automatic payments occurring on provided dates and frequencies. Payments can be changed or canceled at any time up until the scheduled Send On date.
² Funds must be available in the account on the specified "Send On" date when authorizing payments and transfer. If funds are not available, a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or Overdraft fee will be assessed.

is bill pay secure?
Paying bills online is one of the safest ways to pay your bills. Bill Pay helps guard against identity theft from lost or stolen checks, bills, or statements. It also increases your privacy because only you can access your account information, account numbers, and payment history.
How do I sign up for bill pay service?
You must have a Credit Union account (bill payments can be deducted from savings and/or checking accounts) and enroll for the service through online banking.
Is there an inactivity fee for bill pay users?
Yes, you are charged $5.95 month after 30 days of inactivity. To prevent non-users from staying enrolled in Bill Pay, your service may be disenrolled after three months of inactivity. If you would like to cancel Bill Pay, please select the Bill Pay Profile link under the Bill Pay tab within online banking. Once you select Cancel Bill Pay Service button, you will be prompted with a final warning that you will be deleting Bill Pay from your account.
how are payments sent?
Payments are sent electronically. If the payee does not accept electronic payments, they will receive a check in the mail.
CAN I SCHEDULE A PAYMENT FOR A WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY?
Bill Payments cannot be processed on a weekend or a holiday.
what happens if a recurring scheduled payment date falls on a weekend or holiday?
If a recurring payment coincides with one, the payment will be made the prior business day to ensure timely delivery.
What are my payees?
Your payees are companies, organizations, or individuals you want to pay through the Bill Pay service.
how do i add my payees?
Go to the Bill Pay Center and click on the "Add a Company or Person" button. This will take you to the payee set-up screen. If you are adding a person (Aunt Susie, John Doe, etc.), select the “Person” tab and complete the required fields (name, address, etc.) to set up that person as one of your payees.
In most cases, your payee will be a company (Duke Energy, Verizon, etc.). To add a specific company as a payee, select the “Company” tab and then enter the company name in the search field. If the company is a popular payee already in the CheckFree network you will see the company name/logo appear after you use the search feature. Just click on the name/logo to finish adding that company as a payee. If the company is not listed, you will have the option to enter the required information to add them to your list of payees.
Many common payees are listed under the specific categories (Utilities, Phone, Insurance, etc.) shown below the search field. If you prefer, you can look there first to see if the company is listed before typing the name in the search field.
Please Note: It is very important that your payee information is accurate, particularly account numbers and payee addresses, as incorrect information may cause a payment to be delayed or returned. Be sure to double check all payee information you enter.
can i schedule a recurring payment?
Yes, you can schedule weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly recurring payments.
WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT FUNDS BE WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT?
Funds will be withdrawn on the process date selected when you pay a bill.
is bill pay available in the mobile app?
Yes. To use Bill Pay in our mobile app, you must first enroll in Bill Pay service through online banking. You will then be able to tap the “Bill Pay” button at the bottom of the home screen. Mobile Bill Pay allows you to make one-time and recurring payments to existing payees or any new payees you create.
how do i set up a person-to-person payment?
When adding a payee, choose the “Pay a person” option. There are several options available for sending your payment.
can i transfer funds to accounts at another financial institution?
Yes, a transfer can be set up by accessing “Transfers” and clicking the “+Account” link located in the Accounts section. Once the set up process is complete, you can schedule transactions to move funds from your financial institution to an account at another financial institution.
